Who You Are:
We are looking for a highly technical and professional residential service technician who is customer-oriented and goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer is satisfied with our services. A team player person, how will be responsible for providing general boiler hot water and steam installation, repair and services. This position also handles service calls to customers in their homes and utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing services, products, and financing options.
Main Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair boiler systems and some minor plumbing jobs
Travel to job sites in designated service areas, and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
Assist customers in evaluating repair vs. replacement options
Maintain proper upkeep of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
Provide excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
4 Years minimum experience in residential/commercial services
Experienced in forced Hot Air, Systems are a plus you have the knowledge, but if you don't, you will have the unique opportunity to learn more skill
Clean driving record
Willingness to work overtime and be on call shifts as needed
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds
Plumbing skills are A+
